At the Durant Arms we are with blessed with having a number of gifted and very hospitable neighbours. Amongst our many friends is the Sharpham Vineyard. One of the things we do in recognition of the fabulous, award winning English wines they produce is to recommend that our guests and visitors enjoy one of the Sharpham Vineyard tours.

It's a great thing to do, and couldn't be more convenient as the Sharpham Vineyard is right on our doorstep.
As well as fascinating, informative, and entertaining the range of Sharpham Vineyard tours offer excellent value for money.
There's a Trek and Taste tour at only £5 per person, which includes a walk around the vineyard and an instructed tasting of a selection of Sharpham wines and cheese (yes, they make award-winning cheeses too!).

The Vine to Wine is £10 and offers fully guided tour of both the vineyard and winery, together with a tasting of our wines and cheese.

At £49.99 The Sharpham Wine Experience, a whole day visit that includes tours, demonstrations, explanations, tastings, lunch and a complimentary bottle of Sharpham Dart Valley Reserve per person, also represents excellent value for money. This tour is available on specific dates from May to September and advance booking is essential.

They've got a cafe overlooking the Dart that's open from Easter to September and offers a small, organic, West Country sourced menu. Their shop stocks wines and cheeses.
